Brock's Birds of Indiana Dunes
Brock's new Birds of Indiana Dunes provides details about the 369 species that have occurred in the Calumet Region and the Indiana Dunes. Species accounts contain information about seasonal distribution, where and when to find the species, rarity, migration statistics, high counts, and much more. It also describes important locations for viewing the birds of the area. Maps, graphs, and tables support the presentations and more than 500 color photographs are included.
Dr. Kenneth Brock is Professor Emeritus of Geology, and former Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences, Indiana University Northwest. He authored Brock's Birds of Indiana and was a regional editor of the "Midwestern Prairie Region" of North American Birds.
